What happens next?
1. We review your request
We review the products, quantities, artwork, and timing you have shared. If anything needs clarifying, we will get in touch.
2. You review your quote
Confirm your specifications, price, shipping details, and schedule with your team. Let us know about purchase order requirements or a firm event date.
3. Approve your design
Design proofs take 2–4 days. Review and approve the artwork before production; we will confirm your production and delivery schedule and payment arrangements.
Shipping and handling are charged separately and itemized on your invoice. Shipping is not free.
Purchase orders are accepted on Net 30 terms. Credit cards, school checks, and PTA/PTO payments are also accepted. New customers not using a purchase order must prepay.
